• Image Quality & Definition - Very impressive picture quality but some channels still had a rather disappointing quality especially the international ones.
   
• Variety of Channels - Over 3000 channels, from across the globe. They removed all the useless channels and have only the most important ones.
   
• Customer Service - Courteous and prompt customer service. All emails answered in less than 24 hours.
   
• Channel Loading Time - Acceptable. Some channels took a few seconds to load however some international ones took up to 30 seconds.
   
• Overall Value - After taking all three of these pieces of software through my evaluation criteria it was obvious that Satellite TV for PC Elite fell into third.
